How We Charge

How Socieva charges.

We don't sell seats, and there's no licence to renew. You pay once to have a system built, and — if you want us to keep it running — a flat monthly fee to maintain and improve it.

Three Parts, In Order
01 · AUDIT
$499

We map one workflow with you and tell you what's worth automating. Credited in full against your build. You keep the map either way.

02 · BUILD
Fixed fee

Quoted per workflow before we start, from the audit. The number doesn't move unless you change the scope.

03 · CARE
Monthly

Monitoring, fixes and improvements. Optional — cancel any month and the system stays yours.

Build Engagements

What a build costs.

Single workflow
$2,500 — $6,000

One process, end to end — the shape of the teardown: trigger, judgement, records, actions, escalation. Typically live in two to three weeks. The right place to start with a new client.

Connected system
$8,000 — $20,000

Three to six workflows that hand off to each other — lead capture through to delivery, or the whole client-onboarding chain. Four to eight weeks, staged so something is live early.

Operations partner
From $6,000 / month

A standing engagement across the whole business: we work through your operations continuously, building and maintaining whatever the quarter needs. No per-project quoting. Minimum six months.

Care Plans

Keeping it running.

PlanWhat it coversMonthly
Monitored Alerting, error handling, fixes within two business days. $500
Maintained The above, plus same-day fixes, monthly tuning and a review call. $1,200
Managed Maintenance plus continuous building — see Managed automation, below. $2,500+
Managed Automation

Our most common engagement after the first build

Ongoing · Rolling monthly
Managed automation
$2,500 — $4,000
per month

Automation isn't a project that finishes. Your tools change, your team changes, and a workflow built in March is wrong by September. This is a standing seat on your operations: everything already built stays healthy, and something new gets built every month.

One new build a month
A new workflow, or a significant extension of an existing one. Scoped with you at the start of each month.
Everything maintained
Every system we've built for you, monitored and fixed — same-day, no per-incident charge.
Unlimited small changes
Copy edits, rule tweaks, new fields, new recipients — the things that would otherwise sit in a queue for a quarter.
Monthly operations review
A call on what ran, what broke, what it saved, and what's worth automating next.
Direct line
A shared channel with the people who built your systems — not a ticket form.
Rolling, not locked
Month to month after the first three. Everything built stays yours if you stop.

Where you land in the range: $2,500 covers one build a month against a single team's workflows. $4,000 covers a heavier build each month, multiple teams, or systems handling regulated or high-volume work.

Against a fixed-fee build each month at $2,500–$6,000, plus a maintenance plan on top, this is the cheaper way to keep going — and the reason most clients move onto it after their first system goes live.

Why fixed fees

Hourly billing rewards us for being slow. A fixed fee per workflow means the incentive is the same as yours: get it built, get it working, move to the next one.
