Terms of Service.

Last updated: 24 August 2026. These are the terms for using socieva.com and submitting a free workflow-map request.

Acceptance

By using socieva.com or submitting the workflow-map form, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or submit the form — you're welcome to email team@socieva.com instead with any question.

What this website is

socieva.com describes Socieva's AI automation services and lets you request a free workflow map — no account or login required. Nothing on this site, and no free workflow map we send you, creates a contract or obligation on either side by itself. It's the starting point for a conversation, not a binding agreement.

Paid engagements

If you go ahead with paid work — an audit, a build, or a care plan — the actual scope, deliverables, timeline, and payment terms for that specific engagement are agreed with you directly and are what governs the work, not this page. For reference, our general pricing and terms (payment split, ownership, scope-change process, cancellation terms) are published openly on our pricing page and reflect how we currently operate; treat that page, not this one, as the source for commercial terms.

In short: everything we build for a paying client belongs to that client, in their own accounts, from the start.

Using this site

You agree not to:

  • Use the workflow-map form to submit false information, spam, or anything unrelated to a genuine business enquiry
  • Attempt to disrupt, scrape at scale, or interfere with the normal operation of this site
  • Use this site or its content for any unlawful purpose

Ownership of this site's content

The text, design, and branding on socieva.com belong to Socieva. You're welcome to link to it or quote it with attribution; please don't republish it wholesale as your own.

No warranty

This website and the information on it are provided as-is. We try to keep it accurate and current, but we don't guarantee it's free of errors or that any illustrative example on the site reflects your specific results — as the site itself says throughout, the examples are illustrative, not case studies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
