Last updated: 24 August 2026. This explains what we collect through socieva.com, why, and what you can do about it.

Who this covers

This policy applies to socieva.com and the "Get Your Workflow Mapped" form on this site. Socieva ("we", "us") is a small, new AI automation agency. We don't have a separate registered company name beyond "Socieva" to disclose. If you have any question about this policy, email team@socieva.com — that's our only point of contact.

What we collect

We only collect information you actively submit through the workflow-map form. That's:

• Your name, work email, company name, and (optionally) company website
• Your industry and company size
• What your business does, the process you're asking us to look at, how it's currently handled, what tools are involved, and roughly how much time it costs you
• What you'd like improved
• The time you submitted the form

We do not currently collect payment details, government IDs, or any other sensitive personal data through this site. The form also has a hidden spam-detection field that legitimate visitors never fill in — if a bot fills it, we discard the submission rather than storing it.

How we use it

Solely to review your workflow-map request, decide whether we're a fit, and reply to you — by email, from a person, not an automated sequence. We don't use it for advertising, and we don't sell or rent it to anyone.

Where it's stored, and who processes it

Submitted form data is stored in a Supabase-hosted database, restricted so that only our team can read it back (the public-facing key used by this website can only submit new entries, never read existing ones). When a new submission arrives, an automated notification is sent to our team inbox via Resend, an email-delivery service. This website itself is hosted on Vercel, and fonts are loaded from Google's font service (Google Fonts) — a normal part of any browser requesting this page, which means a request for the font file goes to Google's servers when you visit.

These are our data processors — we don't share your information with anyone beyond them and, where relevant, a person on our team who reviews your submission.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not currently set any cookies or run any analytics or advertising trackers. We plan to add basic website analytics (page-view style statistics) in the near future. When we do, we'll update this policy to name the specific tool and what it collects before it goes live.

How long we keep it

We keep submitted workflow information for as long as it's useful for responding to you and, if we end up working together, for the duration of that engagement plus a reasonable period afterward for our own records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, for any reason, by emailing team@socieva.com — we'll action it promptly.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Email team@socieva.com and we'll respond directly — there's no form or portal to navigate. This site and its operator are based in India; if you're contacting us from elsewhere, local data-protection rights in your own country may also apply to how you deal with us, and we'll do our best to honor reasonable requests regardless of where you're writing from.

Children

Socieva is a business-to-business service. This site isn't directed at, and we don't knowingly collect information from, children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. We won't backdate changes or apply them retroactively to how we've already handled your information.
