What does Socieva actually do?
We find the repetitive, expensive, and slow parts of a business — usually around leads, follow-up, and internal admin — and build custom AI systems to handle them. We're not a software product you self-serve; we map the workflow and build the system around it.
What's the free workflow map, and what happens after I submit it?
You tell us about one process your team wastes time on. We map the workflow, identify the bottlenecks, and show you what's worth automating — and what isn't. What kinds of tasks do you automate?
Work that's repetitive, predictable, high-volume, rule-based, or purely administrative — capturing and qualifying leads, updating a CRM, sending follow-ups, connecting business tools, routine support responses, and turning scattered information into reporting.
What do you NOT automate?
Strategic, sensitive, creative, relationship-driven, and high-value decisions stay with a human. Good automation isn't about replacing every step — it's about knowing which steps should disappear and which shouldn't.
What industries do you work with?
Most of our work is with real estate, marketing agencies, recruitment and staffing, professional services, and local services — generally, process-heavy businesses where repetitive work quietly costs money. If your work isn't repetitive, we're probably not the right fit, and we'll say so.
How much does this cost?
We publish real numbers. The audit is $499, credited in full against your build if you go ahead within 60 days. A single-workflow build runs $2,500–$6,000; a connected system across several workflows runs $8,000–$20,000. If you want us to keep it running afterward, care plans start at $500/month, and most clients move onto Managed Automation ($2,500–$4,000/month) after their first system goes live. Do I need to learn a new dashboard or tool?
No. Socieva builds systems that run in the background connected to the tools you already use — there's no dashboard or login for you to manage day to day.
Do you have case studies or client references?
Not yet, honestly — we're a new agency, and we'd rather say that plainly than show you borrowed screenshots or someone else's numbers. The examples on this site are illustrative, not case studies. What we offer instead: we map your workflow for free, and if you're willing, we publish the map itself, anonymised, so you can judge the actual work rather than the marketing.
